Pricing

Effective 28 September 2026

Every project is different, so we do not publish a price list. Here is how pricing works, the same way for every Client. This page is for information only: the scope and price that bind us are those in your Proposal. Terms such as Client, Proposal, Project, Milestone, Booking Deposit, Launch, Support & Growth Plan, Third-Party Platforms and Our Applications have the meaning given in our Terms and Conditions.

1. A written price before any work

After a conversation about your goals, you receive a written Proposal with a fixed scope, Milestones, timeline, a fixed price, the revision rounds included and the hourly rate for extra work or work in progress. The Proposal also states the amount of the Booking Deposit and of each Milestone payment, whether the price includes taxes, and how long the offer and price remain valid. No work starts and nothing is charged until you accept it. A Proposal does not commit you to anything until you do.

2. You pay by Milestone

The price is split into Milestones. A Booking Deposit reserves your place in our schedule and is credited toward the first Milestone. Apart from the Booking Deposit, you pay for each Milestone when you approve it, so your payments follow the work delivered. If you cancel mid-Project, time already spent on work in progress is charged at the hourly rate in your Proposal; our Refund Policy explains how.

3. What drives the cost

4. Always included

5. Changes to scope

New ideas are welcome. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing, and work on it starts only after you approve the quote. The agreed price never changes silently.

6. Support & Growth Plans (optional)

After Launch you can choose a monthly Support & Growth Plan, for example for monitoring, updates when platforms change, fixes and ongoing improvements. Its price and what it covers are set out in writing. It renews monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time before the next billing date. Without a plan, later changes are quoted separately or billed at the hourly rate stated in your Proposal.

7. Third-party costs

Some costs belong to other providers: domains, hosting, app store developer accounts, WhatsApp and other messaging fees, AI model usage and paid licences. We list them in the Proposal. Where possible, the accounts are opened in your name and billed to you directly, so they stay yours. If we pay such a cost on your behalf, we invoice it as stated in the Proposal.

8. Currencies, taxes and how you pay

Proposals are priced in a currency agreed with you and state whether the price includes taxes. Taxes are added only where the law requires them and are shown separately on the invoice. The way you pay, for example by bank transfer, is agreed with you and written into the Proposal. We do not take payments through this website.

9. No hidden fees

You pay what is in the Proposal, applicable taxes, any change requests or hourly work you approve in writing, a Support & Growth Plan if you choose one, and the third-party costs listed in the Proposal. For usage-based costs, such as AI model or messaging fees, the Proposal explains how they are calculated. We add no other fees of our own.

10. Our Applications

Every application or platform that ASGARD itself releases and operates is governed by that application's own terms, privacy policy and refund rules, published inside or for it, including its own prices. For that application, those rules prevail. This page covers our bespoke client Services.
