Refund Policy
Effective 28 September 2026
This policy explains what happens to your money if a Project or a Support & Growth Plan is cancelled. Terms such as Client, Proposal, Project, Milestone, Deliverables, Booking Deposit, Launch, Support & Growth Plan, Third-Party Platforms and Our Applications have the meaning given in our Terms and Conditions.
1. The principle
You pay for work, never for promises. Apart from the Booking Deposit, which reserves your place and is credited toward the first Milestone, you pay for each Milestone when you approve it, so the money you have paid follows the work that exists. The same principle governs refunds.
2. Cancelling before work starts
Cancel in writing before work on the Project begins (the start date in your Proposal), and your Booking Deposit is refunded in full, minus any third-party costs already committed on your instruction (for example domains, licences or developer-account fees).
3. Cancelling during a Project
You may cancel at any time in writing. From the amounts you paid, we keep:
- the full value of Milestones you have already approved;
- fair compensation for the time our team has spent on work in progress, at the hourly rate stated in your Proposal; and
- third-party costs that cannot be recovered.
Everything else is refunded. If we end a Project because you have not paid or have seriously breached our Terms and Conditions (section 17), this section applies as if you had cancelled on the date stated in our notice.
4. Approved and delivered work
Approved Milestones and digital Deliverables that have been handed over are non-refundable. If something we delivered does not work as described in the Proposal, we fix it, free of charge for 30 days after Launch (see our Terms and Conditions). This does not affect the remedies the law gives consumers for defective work (see section 11).
5. If we cancel
If ASGARD cannot complete a Project for reasons within our control, every amount you paid for work not yet delivered is refunded in full within 14 days of our cancellation notice, and you keep all the work completed to date, with the rights described in section 10 of our Terms and Conditions.
6. Support & Growth Plans
Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time before the next billing date and you will not be charged again; the plan runs until the end of the period already paid. The current period is not refunded, unless the law requires a refund or we failed to deliver what the plan includes for that period.
7. Third-party costs
Fees charged by Third-Party Platforms, such as app store developer accounts, domains, hosting, messaging fees and AI model usage, follow those providers' own refund rules. Once such a cost has been committed on your instruction, we cannot refund it ourselves.
8. How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid to the original payment method, in the currency you paid, within 14 business days after we receive your written cancellation (or, where section 5 applies, within 14 days of our cancellation notice). Bank and transfer fees charged by third parties may apply, except when a consumer withdraws under section 11: we then refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the withdrawal, and you pay no fees for the refund.
9. Revisions are not refunds
Each Milestone includes the revision rounds stated in the Proposal. A first draft you do not like is what revisions are for. Refunds apply to cancelled work, not to work that is being refined.
10. Our Applications
Every application or platform that ASGARD itself releases and operates is governed by that application's own terms, privacy policy and refund rules, published inside or for it. Purchases, subscriptions and credits in that application follow its own rules, which prevail for that application. This policy governs bespoke client Services only.
11. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have by law as a consumer, including under Qatar Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection and under the Electronic Commerce and Transactions Law issued by Decree-Law No. 16 of 2010, which lets a consumer cancel an electronically concluded contract within three days in the cases it sets out.
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK. You may withdraw from a Project or a Support & Growth Plan within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us any clear statement, for example by email to office@asgardhq.com. You may use the model withdrawal form attached to your Proposal, but you do not have to. We do not start work during these 14 days unless you expressly ask us to in writing. If you ask us to start early and then withdraw, you pay an amount in proportion to the work provided up to the moment you tell us, calculated on the total price in your Proposal; we refund everything else. If, at your express request, we complete the whole Project within the 14 days, you lose the right to withdraw once the work is fully performed; we ask you to confirm in writing that you understand this before we start. We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the same payment method, and you pay no fees for the refund.
12. How to cancel
Write to office@asgardhq.com (or to support@asgardhq.com for a Support & Growth Plan) from the email address we know you by. A statutory withdrawal under section 11 can be sent by any clear statement. We confirm receipt and the refund amount in writing within 5 business days. Disputes follow our Terms and Conditions: a conversation first, then the courts set out in section 19 of our Terms and Conditions.
